Re: D52 Caliper Rear Disc Brake Brackets
Yes that has happened several times over the years that I have been fabricating these due to manufacturing tolerances with the aftermarket rotors. The Astro/Safari rotors did not come from the factory with D52 calipers/pads. I have revised the caliper brackets 5 times and I can not move them out any more or the pads will be past the outer edge of the rotors. That is not good either. I assume others have just ground/sanded the pads for clearance.
