Follow up after junk yard visit.
Pics of an intermediate shaft I found in the aftermath of someone disassembling an IFS. Parts kinda spread around but I think this came from an Oldsmobile but can't tell you the model. I was so happy to find it I paid no attention to surrounding environment.
The one end fits perfectly on my Camaro rack and the other end I can cut and weld on a section of 3/4" DD to work with aftermarket DD u-joints.
Stampings if helpful for id are "J R" and "7847126MC5" or NC5 or KC5.
