Thanks to all the responses to the "
Purchase BB exhaust manifolds" post I moved forward on sourcing a new set along with the Flowmaster 70 Series mufflers. The truck currently has Flowmaster 40s on it that do not extend to the rear, but either way I wanted the truck as quiet as I could get it. The truck will be heading in for exhaust next week while I am traveling.
