Re: I need a drivers side lower control arm?

Take a wire wheel around both sides, clean off thoroughly. Mix atf and acetone in a container 50/50 big enough to fit the end of the control arm in. Prop the balljoint end down in the container and make sure the entire balljoint is submerged. Cover up with a towel to minimize acetone from evaporating. Leave for 24 hours. It should come out with appropriate technique.

It will come out.

If you give up take it to a shop with a press. By the way are you using an actual balljoint remover??

You are giving up too easily.
