What did you end up doing, if anything? I am in the same situation with Danforth IFS and using tubular upper arms from speedway. To get the ball joint in the spindle its at a terrible angle just like your pics above. I deefinitely dont want to use stock arms as I wont notch the frame. I still like some things about Danforth IFS but it certainly has its headaches...
