I’m listing this 50th Anniversary 1968 Chevrolet C10 for sale. It’s a single cab, long bed, 2WD truck powered by a recently rebuilt 355 and 3-speed automatic. Clean title in hand.
The truck starts, runs, drives, shifts, and stops fine as it sits. The engine was built under 1000 miles ago (by previous owner-no paperwork) and has been bored .030 over with a mild camshaft. It has a new battery, new tool box, and Rally wheels. Everything else is stock.
This is a factory 50th Anniversary Gold special edition trim, and it seems to be wearing all of the factory paint. The body is surprisingly straight with some cool patina. The frame has plenty of surface rust but is overall solid. The cab supports, cab floor, doors, and bed floor are rough as far as rust goes, but the truck looks decent nevertheless.
The interior is all original and in decent shape. The white upholstery has held up surprisingly well and the lights/radio/horn work.
You can drive this home as-is, but it definitely needs some love. The factory manual drum brakes are sketchy and the Quadrajet carburetor isn’t the best. I have cruised it around town a few times but it’s still a project.
