I will assume the frontend tech who aligned it also made sure all the ball joints, tierod ends etc were good. I have had a bent rim cause a wobble (the tire shop bent the rim), also had tires on a couple of occasions get a small bubble and caused a wobble. Move your fronts to the back and see if it changes.
