This is the hub for K5 enthusiasts and aficionados. (Without question, I am the former and not the latter) My feeling is it would long ago have come up, or somebody on here would know about it. 400 sounds like a big number for there to be no post, reference or foggy recollection even if it was a dealer conversion deal. Those 400 guys would be super proud of those "special" trucks, and they'd have kids that would wax poetic about "Dad's Special Blazer"...and at least one of them would have come on here asking questions or looking around out of nostalgia. Of course it may be Bigfoot, but more likely it's a guy in a monkey suit. Anxious to hear about the return visit. Good luck. I'd be super pumped if I'm wrong.
