The way I did it was I bolted the bags to the bridge and brackets and then lowered the frame down until they contacted the axle then tack welded them in place. Then I took the bags off and double checked the brackets were straight and finished welding them. It was really easy to do. All of the bolt in stuff was easy to install.

The only thing I would have done different with the PB stuff would have been spent a few extra dollars and got the bolt in notch. The weld in was very labor intensive compared what the bolt in would have been.
