I own Custom Paint Forum and the
Devilbiss Starting Line seems to be the best bang for the buck.
I have a few SATAs, but I like using Iwatas. I feel they have a slight edge over SATA as far as atomation goes. I like the handle a bit better to.
1.3 for base. 1.4 for clear.
I currently have about 12 quality spray guns (including 4 W-100s)
You can get by with an el cheapo gun, BUT, don't expect the best results, especially with metallics, pearls, crystals, candies....
