^ What you are refering to is the VIN number. That I have. It's on the SPID. I've already identified the cab (SPID) and frame (cab mounts positions / and extra support brackets - both oulined in pics up thread) to be a C20. Now I understand that I have a truck - in which somebody switched out the rear with a 1/2 ton axle/differential. The truck can no longer support the weight of what a 3/4 ton truck can - due to the fact it has a 1/2 ton axle/differential. The number I posted, and took down - wasn't the same numbering scheme as the VIN. If the number on the front of the frame is a serial number, it might not mean much. I looked and couldn't find info on that number, but the VIN I've got decoded. I'll check some more.
