Update - Gas Filler Completed.

Well the vent works. Got it all connected, drive down to gas station first time ever, filled it full. Still playing with fasteners but it's pretty much done. I was able to fill tank full speed via gas pump nozzle. But I had to find the sweet spot to do so. Rollover vent is working too as I didn't have vapor lock driving around. Very happy.



I found this small lip seal on Amazon, used it to protect the filler line from sheet metal over time(rubbing).















Used one of the bed floor SS bolts to hold the floor side fastened. Looks good to me I may leave this.





The side fastener however is just a cheap washer and screw. I may install a rivnut in the sheet metal and use a SS bolt for final, we will see.





I had about a 1/4 tank when I got to pump. Filled her up(21 gallon tank), gauge reads full.
