The worst one is when someone tells you too screw the nut on so it's flush with the top of the joint shaft to give you a nice area to hit, sure it knocked the ball joint loose but spent a few hours cutting that damn nut and shaft off so I could start workin, morons-

Exp- my 96 3/4ton sub broke a half shaft, being my first crappy ass IFS truck I didn't know what to do so I go to autozone, I couldn't afford the shaft at the time so the manager tells me just pull it out and u can drive your truck,
jackass didn't mention that it holds the brakes to the spindle ! So wheel breaks off while driving had to replace , lower arm, spindle, rotor, caliper, hose, fender, wheelwell, and my rim, dumbass cost me $800 two weeks and cost me a trip I had planned
