Even with the notches cut I ended up using a cut off wheel to thin out the areas that weren't notched. I didn't account for bend radius or the distortion in the areas where the bend would occur. it still came out significantly better than if I was to try to make it by hand but there is definitely a learning curve to this stuff as well. I think when I get more space I am going to invest in a finger brake.

Did you spec the 'cut line' dimension? If so, what was it?
