Hi I think the fuel line should be fine just thought I would ask if anyone seen a problem with it or if they had a previous issue.
I used the 31 gallon 87-91 FI tank and Swapped in a hi pressure Walbro pump.
I will get you a picture of the mount. But I used the cross member from the stock '91 suburban frame I bought. It has the correct curvature for the tank at the front. ( I even have the stock tank skid plate) I used the stock cross member at the rear and drilled 2 holes in it for the stock tank straps.
For a gas door I picked up one from a Sonoma blazer and plan to install it. But what you found would work also. I just got mine and the metal piping for 25$

I found the mock up picture of the crossmember from the '91.
