The shape of the amazon plug was pretty good. I'll end up trimming it just a touch i think.
Thanks for all the info and help. I entered the truck (as a long shot) in the small automotive section of our yearly MotoShow and they accepted it. So now im in a scurry to seal up a few of the long outstanding issues.
