Plenty of wheels made for this lug pattern. They had no cause to use hub adapter unless the wheels are so gay the company didn't even bother with 5 on 5 pattern. I bet what you have are spacers for the wheels that were never meant to be on the truck, having the wrong backspace. Either way, the previous owner made a compromise to gain their "perceived" beauty over quality built using the right stuff.
