The CPP steering box has also caused me an issue. The reason I decided to go with CPP is that it was supposed to take the stock rag joint. I guess I missed the part where they said stock "style" rag joint. It actually takes a 30X3/4 spline. Which is for a GM car. The easiest solution was to steal a few parts from my DropMember project and buy another u-joint. It brings the cost up to a little over $800. For that kind of money I could've done a rack and pinion conversion! Oh well, live and learn. Here's the finished product. On the plus side, it is cleaner looking.
