265 is a relay code you will need to solider a new relay to the board or go get you a reman from parts house with lifetime warranty, i bought a reman unit from evilbay lasted a year before rleay stuck off again. it is very common on my tahoe i stipped the torx and had to pull the whole unit to get it out, you do have to have an abs scanner that will intface with the abs unit to active the bleed processor
