You are going to get a ton of different opinions about which muffler to run and it's all good info but here is what I found helps a lot with interior noise/drone from your exhaust regardless of which muffler you choose:

- Run the exhaust all the way out to the back
- Make sure to use quality rubber isolated exhaust hangers (not the muffler shop metal arm with small rubber gasket) this goes a long way in keeping sound and vibration from the exhaust from entering the cab

I have found the Flowmaster 50 series to be a great way to quiet down the drone from inside but still provide that 40 series flowmaster sound outside the truck
