Not from the factory. The OE transmission has a check ball in the valve body (under the TV linkage) so that if the TV cable breaks or becomes disconnected the transmission goes full pressure.
A lot of times a rebuilder leaves that check ball out eliminating the protection.
It looks like yours is working
