I built a new shifter! It started out as a old Hurst 4 speed shifter that I found in our barn when we bought the house. back in 05 I think?
I cant find some of the pics. The chrome was coming off it was super rusty and pitted. In this pic it looks like i just finished sanding all the chrome a pits off of it getting ready to cut it.

I made some brackets to be able to bolt it on and make it height adjustable.

here is the bracket welded in place and the shifter polished. before I copper and nickel plated them.
