More so referring to the needle itself where the wire is supposed to connect and where it's suppose to sit in place to be able to slide left and right. Also the column piece where the end of the wire clips to is missing some plastic. I think I can work around that part but the broken needle pieces may mean I have to replace the entire shift indicator. Not a huge deal and easy swap. Just another part for the list.
