That's nice and simple. I wish we had rain gutter. I have four pieces somewhere for mounting to the roof to act as rain gutter mounting points. But I'd really like to locate and use factory rack mounting points. Did you see this guy's rack video?
What I have in mind is a welded steel tube rack. I may do aluminum. But I want it to be plenty tough without mass
I have my own idea, but here is a welded one
