Exhaust is a pain, especially without a lift. I would take it to an exhaust shop and let them deal with it. They will be done before you could get started-and if your kit doesn't fit and needs a bend you are stuck while if theirs doesn't fit they just use the machine and tweak it. I have tried twice to buy kits for cars and both times didn't quite fit and ended up at an exhaust shop anyway letting them fix it for more total cost than they would have done the job for in the first place. Exhaust is a job for the people with a bender and a lift.
