Re: Rear gas tank really has me stumped
My truck won’t be lowered. I mounted it low enough that I only had to notch a bed sill 3/4”. My plan is to put the fill in the fender. I did have to notch the frame some to allow for the neck. I also did mount it so that I could drop it down and not have to remove the bed. I didn’t have to move a crossmember. Very happy with how it fits. I got it plumbed in now so no longer running off a gas can. I do believe I will have issues with the gas gauge working correctly but thats a problem for another day. This sending unit is 0-90 ohms.
