In the picture below are a couple of items I had chrome plated. On the left is a bracket I made for my Ford remote solenoid. The solenoid was bolted to the fender well and I did not like that so now the solenoid will be mounted on the bracket and the bracket bolted to the frame but sitting at a 40 degree angle to the fender well and the wires will be few and hidden as much as possible. Later I will show a mock up of what I'm doing, I'm sure some one is thinking , "what the hell is he talkin' 'bout?"

On the right is the original steering column drop. I thought about getting a fancy custom billet column drop but since the stock one worked with the '77 Chevy van column I decided to chrome it since that was cheaper then buying a billet one.

The other pictures are the column drops I had considered buying.
