I can't be woke because I never was nappin'. My eyes are open and I can see the world just fine through them without anybody's help.

I've seen 'woke' used and could tell it was supposed to mean something, but hadn't seen context to corelate any meaning, nor care enough to ask or look into it either. We're getting educated here.
