This is probably wrong but........ I know buckets are listed seperate but I think CST had to with the buckets package.
It really came down to who was at the type writer that day
Sort of joking, but sort of not. Since GMC serves no purpose other than allowing non-Chevrolet divisions of GM to sell trucks, the options are listed as chevrolet.(
totally joking on the purpose part: I've had just as many GMC
)
All kidding aside, I think that info. is a fair assumption. I am sure the codes differ on GMC/chevy but the discrtipion is generic part of the time. If I recall correctly both of my Sierra Grandes were even farther off than Phil's. They listed Cheyenne super equipment for the trim package.
In all honesty,and think about it befor you bite my head off, what is the purpose of a GMC........Pontiac dealers want to sell trucks too.
After all with out all the fu-fu, thet are the same awesome trucks.
