I patched up the rust - the under-cowl stuff isn't pretty but it's solid.
Spent the weekend getting the new engine installed:
Even got it to fire up. Needed that motivator to keep me going!
Ordered parts to cobble up some exhaust, finalize the steering, etc. Hopefully be putting miles on it in a couple of weeks...
