Ryan, so I had the same issue. Carb guy (40 yrs in biz) said it was the wrong pump that I kept trying. The pump arm was a different shape and created more pressure based on the stroke of the pump. I ended up getting the correct pump and kept my original metal line from the pump to the carb. I had approx 15psi and ended up with 5.5 psi.
