boostedc10, I looked for those shock mount cutouts but I had already tossed them out, sorry.

Got an order of AN fittings, had a plastic organizer so I dumped them in there so hopefully I don't lose any of them. We all know they aren't cheap..



Got home Friday night and started welding the notch, my wife wanted a couple of action shots. lol



Started working in the passenger side frame rail and transition piece. You can see how the factory rail kicks out.



Pie cut on the upper and lower flange.



Pushed the rail over and put the transition piece on and clamped everything in place.





Now I have many hours of welding to do.







Working on the boxing plate on the driver side.



Still have a ton of welding but it's looking good, this Portebuilt stuff is well worth the money.
