Yes, a lot of the diagrams you find online seem to be for the newer style headlight switches.

And yes, what you have labeled there so far looks correct.

The one just above the "tail lts" terminal is a second battery power feed for the tail light circuit. This should receive power from the fuse that protects the tail light circuit. While the terminal you have labeled "battery power" was originally connected to an unfused source since there is a circuit breaker built into the switch assembly for the headlights.

And the terminal above that is for cab lights. It's internally connected to the tail light terminal.

Note: If you want the front parking lights to stay on with the headlights (like newer trucks), you can simply re-locate the parking light wire from the "parking lts" terminal to the "cab lts" terminal.
