I don't have one but I borrowed one on line. As in the picture, I planted the PCV right into the block with the properly sized grommet. My line to the back of the carb varied a bit from the pic in that I made it a straight shot by putting a short piece of rubber hose at the rear of the carb using a theaded brass hose barb and another short piece at the valve. Then, I used a custom bent metal line in between. I tried it first with rubber all the way but it wanted to kink and push the PCV backward toward the firewall dislodging it from the grommet.
