Just the basic tune stuff you would do to get any speedometer to read correct. You set your rear gear ratio, and tire size. Any tuner should be able to do this.

1) I used some old Testors model car paint I've had for years, it's a mixture of green and white
2) It's an aftermarket tach, you just need to set the tach resolution from 6 to 3 in the tune. This doubles the signal sent to the tach since LS motors puit out a 4 cylinder tach signal.
3) I can make a diagram, but basically I just wired it like the printed circuit, with a few changes, like the voltmeter rather than the ammeter.
