Literally, my blood pressure has gone through the roof just reading this..hats off to you, I've got no time or patience anymore for that kind of behavior from someone who claims to have a reputable business. Whatever happened to customer service? Anyone ever tell that guy that insurance work can be here today, gone tomorrow should you piss off an appraiser or claims specialist? Sad to hear you had to go through that, whew! I need a drink!
