I will vouch for a PMX Alternator here in Portland. They have done a couple of alternators for me. They are kind of hard to find but worth the trip. Had the alternator on the old ladies Lexus take a dump I was looking at $300 plus to replace it. It was $93 to repair it at PMX. New bearings, new regulator, new brushes, and all nice and clean.
