Your upper control arms (at least) are on BACKWARDS unless there's something I don't know about. It's easy to mix them up, I put my first one on backwards and caught it, but I could see easily missing it! Rubber snubber "nipple" should be to the rear.

Here's an original tear-down pic of mine (steering box is towards the front, obviously, if you want to orient yourself).

A tad embarrassing perhaps but easily solved and your entire problem will be fixed and the truck will be alignable (to make up a new word).
