I used a disc kit for my truck, but kept it manual brakes. The kit I purchased had the master and necessary push rod components to be a simple install to the stock pedals in the cab.

If you do decide to stay with the drums, at the very least, you should consider switching to the 67-70 master cylinder that has two lines if you haven't already. The additional safety from having separate lines for front and rear is worth the swap.
