It rather sounded like the writer had never heard of S-10 swaps before.
At first look i didn't think it had a 5 inch chop. Photos can be deceiving though.
At any rate it is one nice truck with some nice ideas in it.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
