The installation is easy on a 81-87 because the radiator core support already has cut out holes you can use. The holes are next the head head lights holes!! Visit this webpage for more pictures

I would do it to mine but I have a '91 grill upgrade and the core support does not have the holes.
Check
www.ebaymotors.com. Search under Corvette or Camaro, dual snorkel. I see setups now and then. The above snorkel will allow you to use a 4" air cleaner compared to a 2.5 or 3 inch factory dual snorkel.
