Powder will be tougher. Single stage paint will be cheaper and easy to apply.

You've got some cool projects. What did you paint the inner fenders on the Camaro with? I like that sheen. Less gloss than is typical.

On the question at hand, I have seen POR 15 layout really nice, glass like. But to my personal taste it's glossy. And it seems even when people buy the semi-gloss it still comes out pretty glossy. All depends on the look that you want.
