I also picked up some new casters for the hoist, with larger wheels. I hate it when the little ones get stuck in the concrete expansion joints all the time. I put four casters on, but the hoist still like to go in any old direction it likes. So I think I'm going to try putting fixed wheels on the front, picking end and leave just two caster on the back and see how that works.
