With those dimensions, the tank and guard are either from a blazer or a suburban. The trucks only had the narrow side-saddle tanks from the factory. If a truck had a rear-mount tank, someone put it there later.

I can't help much on the value. The np203 is probably worth the most to someone who wants to use the front gearbox bit as a doubler in front of a np205.

The skid plate is of questionable value. I personally don't want to run one. The risk of rusting the tank out from trapped mud is worse than the risk of puncturing the tank, in my opinion. Some folks still want them, though.
