Also quick update. Shop that sent my spindles setup a mock setup and they had no issues. The clearance between their rotor and the caliper pins was good to go. So no idea whats wrong with mine. Maybe my rotors are larger? when I replace them I'll confirm but no clue. More worried about the shifting now as I was able to drive the truck around as it sits with no issues minus being stuck in gear.
