I don't have pics of mine installed yet, as my suspension is in a million pieces right now.
I did a search on fleabay for "73-87 conversion lugnut". Got a set shipped to the house for $37. The lugnuts have external threads so the fake plastic lugnuts can screw down on the real lugnut, holding the center in place.
