Guess I have been lucky have not had any issue with LMC and was just in there today and I am going to stop back in tomorrow. Have not ordered over the phone since I live so close so I cant say anything about that end.
I would say it would be pretty hard for the guys behind the counter to know everything about the stuff they sell since they sell for Chevy/GMC/Ford/Dodge and a huge span of years.
