Not a big deal as far as 'appreciation of the work' until it moves to the marketplace where monetary compensation comes into the equation. One needs to keep these factors in mind to tame their expectations if they decide to put it on the market.

This is very true, great point. In my case this truck is for me and I do not plan to sell, so I am not worried about the re-sale ability of it, to a point. lol
