1969 GMC Custom 1500 1/2 ton

1969 GMC Custom 1500 1/2 ton

I picked this up about a year ago and was going to use it for a LS swap project or use the body for K20 swap. Decided to let this one go to concentrate on the other 12 trucks I own. This truck has a almost flawless original body that is pretty straight. The paint is "Saddle" with white roof. Both rockers have a few holes could be spot repaired and color matched. The only bad item on the paint for this truck was on the cowl on drivers side, looks like someone tried to do a filler repair. Could easily be fixed and color matched. Truck came with a 350 V8 motor and a Power Glide transmission. I do not know if either is any good or not. The guy I bought it from was a body and fender guy that was going to do a LS swap and lower it, so he did not know if the power train was good or not. Truck still has factory grease pencil markings on firewall. The interior is all original, drivers door panel was ripped out to get access to window mechanism by P.O. at some point. Grill is in excellent shape and trim is good. This will really shine with a little cleanup and buffing.

Another option is I can make arrangements with you to do both rockers and cowl and do color match for you. For an extra fee if so desired.

Asking $4800 for the truck
