I found some short sides that were in ok shape and decided to use them instead. They need work, but not nearly as much as the long sides.

It was at this time that I noticed the bed didn't seem square to the cab, even with the frame still long thru the middle. It was also not possible to get all 8 bolts in without some major fighting. More on this later.........
